FAQs
Not all boron-doped diamonds are blue diamonds.
Blue diamonds have higher requirements regarding impurities, defects, and crystal orientation in addition to containing boron.
There is no such a category as “black diamonds”.
Diamonds are the most transparent material. The so-called “black diamonds” are dark because of graphite inclusions, which are not considered as a kind of diamonds.
No, they are different.
Bluamec® Water is a kind of oxidation-rich water which contains hydroxyl radicals (OHo), trioxygen (O3), oxygen atoms (Oo), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and many other substances.
No.
Many people may confuse Bluamec® Water with trioxide gas. Trioxide gas is mainly generated through a series of complex non-linear photochemical reactions involving nitrogen oxides (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). High concentrations of trioxide gas can be detrimental to human health.
Bluamec® Water is different from trioxide gas. The trioxide water in Bluamec® Water produced by our devices will disperse in the air. Only a very small amount of ozone gas will overflow, which will not pose any harm to humans.
Blue diamond water is actually a strong oxidant containing hydroxyl radicals (OHO), three oxygen (O3), monooxygen (OO), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and other oxidizing groups. These oxidizing groups are not Corrosive or flammable, it's completely safe in a variety of applications and you don't need to wear gloves or other personal protective equipment like you would with harsh chemical cleaning solutions.
With power on, Bluamec® products utilize the excellent properties of Bluamec®, such as its high hardness, strong heat conductivity, wide electrochemical window, to accelerate water molecular reconstruction without altering its chemical equilibrium. In this way, it lowers the energy threshold required to break down water molecules (H2O), and promotes the efficient and rapid generation of oxidation-rich groups, such as hydroxyl radicals (OHo), trioxygen (O3), oxygen atoms (Oo), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which constitute Bluamec® Water.
Bluamec® Water contains hydroxyl radicals (OHo), trioxygen (O3), oxygen atoms (Oo), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and other oxidation-rich groups, which are extremely unstable and decompose rapidly to form free radicals with high ORP or redox properties. During oxidation, only one oxygen atom reacts chemically with hydrogen to form hydroxyl radicals (OH). Bluamec® Water is harmless to humans and can quickly attack and eliminate contaminants it comes into contact with. The oxidation process disrupts the cell walls of bacteria and viruses in the same way that hydrogen peroxide and iodine do, causing microbial cells to evaporate and die. This oxidative action also removes electrons from molecules and ultimately renders them inert. In this way, Bluamec® Water kills bacteria that cause odor and viruses responsible for diseases, and breaks down the surface biofilms that feed microorganisms.
The half-life of the rich oxidizing groups in Blue Diamond Water is about 15 minutes (depending on temperature and quality). These oxidizing groups have the characteristics of natural depletion and will naturally reduce to water and oxygen after sterilization and disinfection, so there is no chemical residue. Chemical disinfectants are better disinfectants.
There are no chemical residues left behind.
Bluamec® Water naturally reduces to water and oxygen after disinfection. This makes it safer than chemical disinfectants such as chlorine-based sanitizers, which always leave behind oxidation or disinfection by-products.
Based on many dentists' experience, Bluamec® Water is milder than typical mouthwash used by patients with periodontal disease. Deposon's products have been third-party certified, and the test results show that they are non-irritating to human skin.
There are many anaerobes in the mouth that can cause bad breath. Bluamec® Water can effectively remove and destroy these bacteria and other pathogens in the oral cavity, thus not only promoting oral hygiene but also reducing oral odor.
The mouth contains various types of bacteria such as anaerobes. Bluamec® Water can help maintain hygiene in the oral cavity and reduce oral odor.
No.
Bluamec® Water does not change the pH value of the source water. As long as the tap water is neutral, Bluamec® Water will naturally revert to oxygen and water after disinfection. Therefore, it does not leave residues or affect the taste of food like chlorine-based disinfectants do.
Deposon's Bluamec® products are certified by an authoritative third-party testing agency that they neither cause skin irritation nor corrode stainless steel surfaces. Therefore, they are suitable for disinfecting kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, hands, and clothing. Moreover, Bluamec® Water can be used to eliminate odors, remove pathogens from meat, clean surfaces in various facilities (e.g., hospitals, clinics, schools, restaurants, and husbandry farms), and degrade pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables.
Bluamec® products have been tested and confirmed by a third-party authority to achieve a 99.99% sterilization rate in 30 seconds.
Yes.
Bluamec® Water is generated seamlessly from water, containing hydroxyl radicals (OHo), trioxygen (O3), oxygen atoms (Oo), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and other oxidation-rich groups. Among them, trioxide water is a gas dissolved in water and is thus safe to use in well-ventilated spaces.
No.
Bluamec® products adopt patented electrolytic ozone generators. They use water as the input to produce Bluamec® Water containing hydroxyl radicals (OHo), trioxygen (O3), oxygen atoms (Oo), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and other oxidation-rich groups. This process does not require air quality monitoring.
